Great opportunity: we are hiring a car refinisher in Indiana County, Pennsylvania. You will be based in a spray booth. The role involves: • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns 6+ years on the tools preferred.
