Immediate opening: coating plant operator (Idaho)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Nez Perce County, Idaho. On the job you will handle: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Full-time with occasional weekends.
