Building site helper • Sangamon County, Illinois

Great opportunity: we are hiring a building site helper in Sangamon County, Illinois. You will work on a high-rise construction site. Requirements: • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it Day to day you will wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Share your details and we will call you back.
