Urgent requirement: falsework carpenter (California)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Monterey County, California. You will repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing Part-time with flexible hours.
