Production welder — Cole County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a production welder in Cole County, Missouri. You should have: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • ITI in welder trade or equivalent The role involves: • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
