Join our team: we are hiring a packaging machine operator in Kauai County, Hawaii. You will work in a textile mill. Ideal candidate: • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety On the job you will handle: • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
