Urgent requirement: back-of-house cleaner (Iowa)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Wapello County, Iowa. On the job you will handle: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
