On the job you will handle: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts 6+ years on the tools preferred. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
