Immediate opening: canteen cook (Minnesota)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in Meeker County, Minnesota. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Your main tasks: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
