Aluminium tig welder wanted in Gray County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Gray County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight Six days a week, one day off.
