Fire and safety officer — Colfax County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Colfax County, Nebraska. You will work at a manufacturing plant. The role involves: • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task Requirements: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
