Formwork joiner • Decatur County, Iowa

Now hiring: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Decatur County, Iowa. You will work on a busy high-rise construction site. Day to day you will fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured. Ideal candidate: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing Full-time, day shift.
