Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process On the job you will handle: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time Full-time, day shift.
