Now hiring: we are hiring a glass cutter in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. The job is in a mirror and glass showroom. What we are looking for: • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves • Proven experience as a glazier or glass fitter • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units The role involves: • Apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass • Glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions • Fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames • Measure window and door openings and order glass to size • Secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points • Seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits.
