Join our team: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Bronx County, New York. You will work in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. You will strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness. You should have: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Pay around $5,200 per month, based on your experience.
