Now hiring: we are hiring a deboner in Robertson County, Tennessee. The job is at a halal meat counter. You will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate 1+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
