Great opportunity: we are hiring a shuttering and concrete hand in Webster County, Nebraska. You should have: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers The role involves: • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms Full-time with occasional weekends.
