Great opportunity: we are hiring a deboner in Nkanu East, Enugu State. You will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
