Ideal candidate: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements You will conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift.
