Powder coater • Steuben County, New York

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coater in Steuben County, New York. Your main tasks: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Willing to work shifts and overtime At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $22 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
