Urgent requirement: backhoe operator (Mississippi)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Carroll County, Mississippi. The job is on a pipeline and trenching crew. Requirements: • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence On a typical shift you will track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance.
