What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale Day-to-day duties: • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio 1+ years on the tools preferred.
