Coating plant operator — City of Kingston upon Hull

Vacancy available: we are hiring a coating plant operator in City of Kingston upon Hull, England. You will be based on an industrial coating line. On a typical shift you will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. £2,350 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
