You should have: • A good head for heights and steady balance • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls You will install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
