Now hiring: we are hiring a finish carpenter in Gage County, Nebraska. You should have: • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings Your main tasks: • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish Rotating shifts.
