Join our team: we are hiring a health and safety supervisor in Shetland Islands, Scotland. The role involves: • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
