Immediate opening: we are hiring an insulation installer in Eastland County, Texas. You will be based on a high-rise façade. Requirements: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel The role involves: • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape Part-time with flexible hours.
