Immediate opening: we are hiring a construction mazdoor in Christian County, Illinois. You will work with a civil contractor. Requirements: • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day The role involves bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
