Great opportunity: we are hiring an automotive refinish painter in Madison County, Tennessee. The job is at an accident repair centre. The role involves wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code. What we are looking for: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
