Immediate opening: concrete pump mate (Texas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Camp County, Texas. On a typical shift you will erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors; mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works Rotating shifts.
