You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects On the job you will handle: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns Full-time, day shift.
