Immediate opening: slinger signaller (Georgia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a slinger signaller in Wayne County, Georgia. You will be based at a power plant. You will rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear Six days a week, one day off.
