Gas installation technician — Nicollet County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Nicollet County, Minnesota. The job is at a heating and plumbing contractor. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders The role involves locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience.
