Join our team: we are hiring a cook in Dawson County, Montana. On the job you will handle: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
