Great opportunity: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Crawford County, Arkansas. You will read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured. You should have: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules Six days a week, one day off.
