Urgent requirement: conventional mill operator (Indiana)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Switzerland County, Indiana. You will work in a die and mould making unit. On a typical shift you will machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges. Requirements: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience $120 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
