Oven operator wanted in Greenbrier County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Greenbrier County, West Virginia. On the job you will handle: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker 5+ years on the tools preferred.
