Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Chickasaw County, Iowa. The role involves: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
