HVAC-R technician — Mills County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a HVAC-R technician in Mills County, Iowa. The job is on a customer's rooftop chiller plant. Requirements: • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders On the job you will handle: • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Clean condenser and evaporator coils • Read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
