Urgent requirement: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Cape Girardeau County, Missouri. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling The role involves skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
