Now hiring: concrete shuttering carpenter (North Carolina)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a concrete shuttering carpenter in Anson County, North Carolina. You will work on a bridge and flyover project. You will box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured. Ideal candidate: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
