Urgent requirement: we are hiring a car refinisher in Washington County, Utah. You will be based in a car refinishing workshop. Ideal candidate: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Able to read and match factory paint codes The role involves: • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
