Security officer — Sussex County

Now hiring: we are hiring a security officer in Sussex County, New Jersey. On the job you will handle: • Frisk people and run bag checks at the entry point • Write up incident reports after any disturbance • Detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police • Control crowds and manage queues at events and entry gates • Keep watch on the perimeter fence and parking area • Check fire exits, locks, gates and seals during rounds Requirements: • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours • Trained in basic fire-fighting and first aid • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts 2+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
