Finish carpenter wanted in Grant County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a finish carpenter in Grant County, Indiana. You will be based on a busy construction site. Day to day you will finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists. Requirements: • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Good eye for detail and a clean finish Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
