Join our team: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Luce County, Michigan. You will be based at a busy bakery. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks You will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. 6+ years on the tools preferred. $190 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
