Great opportunity: we are hiring a steward in Lincoln County, Nebraska. The role involves load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. Ideal candidate: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) 3+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided.
