Requirements: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness On the job you will handle: • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Clear and reset tables between covers 6+ years on the tools preferred.
