Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies The role involves marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
