Day to day you will service and replace timing belts and chains; road-test vehicles to confirm the repair; carry out oil and filter changes; trace electrical faults in the starting and charging systems; estimate repair costs and order the right parts. Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting heavy parts • Able to read wiring diagrams and workshop manuals Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
