Dish pit attendant wanted in Thomas County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Thomas County, Nebraska. Your main tasks: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
